- $49 for one 75-minute Rolfing session ($120 value)
Developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf, Rolfing is a bodywork technique that can reduce and relieve chronic pain and discomfort and promote flexibility and general wellbeing. The treatment targets patterns of tension that can develop over years and become deeply ingrained in a body’s fascia, a connective tissue that can thicken and stiffen in response to physical stress. Rolfing has proven an effective treatment of a range of fascia-related issues, including chronic or sudden neck and back pain, repetitive stress injuries, and chronic tension.

Westside Rolfing Structural Integration
At aged 41, Jeff Neill found that his favorite activities—skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and wrestling with his daughter—were becoming painful. After finding only short-term relief from yoga, massage, and acupuncture, and other treatments, Jeff resigned himself to a life with less movement. That’s when he learned about Rolfing, a unique form of bodywork that uses pressure and movement education to treat and prevent injuries. Jeff found so much success with Rolfing that he went from being a patient to becoming a certified Rolfer and the owner of Westside Rolfing Structural Integration in only a few years.
