My girlfriend and I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage. We booked the appointment for 12:30 on a Sunday. I asked questions about arrival and confirmation when booking. The morning of 2 hours before the appointment I get 2 calls and texts saying if I do not respond my appointment will be cancelled. The owner of the business made no mention in the Groupon or on the appointment call stating that we would be subject to cancellation if we did not confirm the morning of. We get a text 30 minutes before saying “to late” from someone at the business, despite having driven already 30 minutes. Upon arrival and from who we assumed was the owner we were told to sit down and then argued with over policy. Had there been mention at any point during the initial call or on the Groupon that we would need to confirm the morning of there would not have been a problem. The owner continued to talk over us to the point where we no longer felt comfortable. Had they been accommodating or just tried to reschedule things may have been different, but the way the owner spoke to us was disrespectful and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone seeking a well run establishment. Put your money elsewhere if you wish to be treated with respect after spending your money.

Very unprofessional, The Latina masseuse that was working on girlfriend was asking her Inappropriate, questions, felt sick and verbally said she wanted to leave but stayed and did a terrible job, my girlfriend try to talk to her after but she got cursed out and was told she’ was only upset because she’s Mexican. I was shocked. Would not recommend.

Lucy who answers the phone is SO Pleasant. I had Cleo who was AMAZING!! My boyfriend had Sandy who he said was also fantastic! The place is clean and serene. Very pretty and relaxing. It was a true full body massage and We both felt so relaxed afterwards! We definitely would recommend!

Absolutely love this place! They give great massages. My husband and I will definitely be back. The couples massage was definitely better than some other ones on Groupon.

Terrible. Paid for (1) 60 minute couples massage which is for 2 simultaneous massages for a total of 60 minutes. My girlfriend only received a 40 minute massage from the owner and out of embarrassment I forfeited some of my own time with the assistant. Assistant was great and accommodating. Owner was terrible. Will be pursuing a refund. Was supposed to be a Valentine’s Day gift.

I decided to buy a couples massage for my husband and I. When I scheduled the appointment the woman asked if I had been there before I told her yes, about 2 years ago. She was extremely upset with me. We went for the massage last night and I was harassed from the moment we arrived until we left. She kept saying they make no money off of Groupon. Massage lady was great, but owner nasty. Never again

It was a great experience for the first time having a massage they made me feel so comfortable..

Well worth the money. So relaxing booked another session for April.
