Amazing! It was my first time getting a wax and she took the time to get to know me first and make sure I was comfortable before we got started. She explained the process the entire time and was super gentle and thorough. The ambiance was clean and calming with relaxing music. It is a kid friendly place which is a huge plus. I was extremely happy with my outcome. She has gained a customer.
