YAS Spinning classes follow an upbeat set sequence that was developed to be safe, fun and most importantly, effective. YOGA for ATHLETES®, created by Kimberly Fowler, is the perfect complement to indoor cycling classes, as well as any other athletic activity. For avid outdoorsmen or adventure seekers, this 30 or 60-minute class will help protect your muscles and build overall strength. The ultimate YAS class would be taking these two classes back to back, but if you are short on time, you can take our YAS 30/30 class. This class packs it in with 30 minutes of Spinning followed by 30 minutes of YOGA for ATHLETES®._
