Had to fill out paperwork twice. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment start time and then was given a sales pitch off all different things for longer than the time it took for the Groupon I purchased lasted

Very kind and welcoming but not sure that they covered everything on my face; basically, the cheeks and jowls of my face. I am not sure what all is supposed to be lasered on the face
