Bang average maybe a bit below So me and 3 mates of mine in our early 20s went from the 17-24th July. Having read the reviews we thought we were gonna have a hotel like the one in the inbetweeners movie and I can’t lie i was overthinking it too much. To start of with the room was dated and showing signs of wear and tear, but was clean and did the job. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment so one bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living room which weren’t like lying on a cloud but for us it did the job as this was a lads holiday. We went all inclusive which was a big mistake in our opinions. The food in the restaurant was shocking to say the least. The quality of food was very poor and the restaurant showed it with the amount of guests in there… Almost none! However we did make the most of the free drinks in the bar and the poolside snacks like chips and chicken baguettes which were ok and did the job, but still were very disappointed. For this I would not recommend going all inclusive, we ended up eating out in the old town and the food isn’t that expensive and it certainly a lot better. Location was absolutely spot on, about a 10 minute walk from both the old town and the new strip which was perfect. The pool was also good and clean but there wasn’t many sunbeds left if any by around 10am. The service from the cleaners was good they always did turn up and change the bedding and towels that was a plus and also reception staff were very friendly. Would I stay here if I was a family, probably not there are lots of younger groups having lads or girls holidays but if you’re coming with your mates you’ll be sound as long as you’re next expecting a 5* hotel. If you can get this hotel cheap enough great if not there’s definitely better around this area.

Terrible hotel During our time there from 10th July to 19th July we were very disappointed. On arrival our room was not ready. Rooms very dated but we can get over that. When we arrived our room was clean but curtains were dirty with something that looked like blood on them. It us advertised as family hotel but have a vending machine with narcotics in the lobby where children can access this. Should this not be in a more appropriate location? At night the level of noise coming from the other rooms at 3am and 4am in the morning!! We got very little sleep. Girls swimming in the pool and shouting at 5am in the morning. Where is security? Not just for the visitors with children to try and get sleep but also for the safety of the people in the pool. One morning I could not access the pool. One man at reception gave me directions which I could not follow. Eventually when I went outside to put towels on the sunbeds I could not gain access to get back in for 30 mins. The sign on the pool door said access through bar. However 3 cleaners with no English would not let me in through the bar. I showed one cleaner the sign she pointed to go to reception. I went to reception and explained the situation. The girl on your reception said she did not know English. How do you employ a receptionist who does not speak English? I email hotel with the above. I am awaiting their respond. Better not hold my breath! I will not bereturn to this hotel.

Great hotel. Super pool and excellent staff Had a wonderful 10 night stay here in July. Young family of 4, 7 and 9. After reading reviews before coming i was very concerned , even considered changing hotel...so glad I didnt. We were lucky and got an updated one bed apartment. Plenty of space and very clean. The pool is great and my kids loved jumping off the dive boards. In the 10 days we were here we never encountered anyone at the pool checking our bags nor did I witness it. I brought water daily to the pool and was never approached. Maybe this policy has stopped?...yes there are groups of young lads but no harm in any of them. Just having a bit of fun at the pool. And they don't tend to stay long....we really enjoyed our stay...only thing I would say is be careful not to let little ones out to the balcony alone..the wall is high enough but if they got a chair and stood on it could be dangerous.
