Fair with few amenities Selected this hotel because it was near Arlington National Cemetery and also close to Washington DC. Price was reasonable for the area. Very basic room with old furniture. When you drive into the parking lot, it looks ominous. They do have underground parking which was helpful when it rained, but very dark down there and tight spaces. Few amenities. No breakfast available., no coffee maker in the room. Even though we booked the room and paid ahead of time, they charged $50 security deposit to the charge card which took several days to be removed, and they would not provide a printed receipt upon leaving for us to check on that, saying they could not print receipts for bookings done online.

Location good, the rest average at best Bare bones hotel, close to downtown which was nice. 10 minute walk from the metro for quick access around the city. TV is way outdated, bed mattress has seen better days, other things around the hotel are outdated. Breakfast not served, but coffee is surprisingly good.

Good inexpensive choice for visiting DC attractions. Free parking, near subway. The location of this hotel is excellent for visiting the US Capital and museums. The walk to the subway is very short and more than one line connects you to all the attractions in DC. The cost is inexpensive. Parking is free and there is some parking beneath the building in addition to the outdoor parking. The rooms are clean although the place is dated. No breakfast nor coffee makers in the room but there is coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Ok The hotel is in a quit area, near a subway station. It has free covered parking. Is near Arlington Cemetery. No breakfast. The lady that did our check-in didn't gave us any information like that they will not clean the room during our stay, or that was coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Everything was already payed when we arrive at the hotel, but unfortunately, I payed a deposit when I did the check-in and after almost one month the value is still in my credit card.

Worked well for our visit to Washington. It’s an old motel, but everything worked and our room was clean and reasonably equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. They don’t do breakfast, but provide coffee and tea in the morning. You can always use your microwave to make a hot drink at other times. There is plenty of free parking and it’s easy to access from main roads. There is quite a bit of traffic noise if you open the window. There are lots of positives. In less that 10 minutes you can walk to Rosslyn Metro Station - trains every few minutes to the city, costing around 2$ and taking 10 minutes or so. Behind the hotel is quite a trendy area with lots of bars and restaurants. There is also a good Safeway supermarket. Again, less than 10 minutes walk to all of these. The Iwo Jima Marines memorial is an easy walk, as is Arlington Cemetery. Overall, it was a good base for us. It was pricey, but you are in Washington.
