Great Service, subpar rooms I recently stayed at Jerome Hotel and had a mixed experience. The service and staff were fantastic—everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. However, I was quite disappointed with the room assigned to me. It was located on the ground floor, and unfortunately, it lacked privacy. The windows faced a busy area, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or relaxed in the room. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected better room placement or at least some measures to ensure privacy for guests staying on the ground floor.

Outstanding Visit at Hotel Jerome My wife and adult daughter with hussband visitied Hotel Jerome in Aspen and had an absolutely fantastic time. All amenities were exceptional with very friendly staff. Wonderful experience.

Excellent service and amenities We stayed a couple of nights (mid week) and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff is excellent and the room and hotel in general are very nice. We stayed in a suite, and enjoyed the fact that we could divide the bedroom from the living area by closing a door. This allowed my wife to sleep in while I did some computer work in the morning. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and the staff was always helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice, but not awesome. I experienced several minor issues that I would not have expected in a hotel in this price range. Not sure if I would spend that much money for that hotel again.
