Classic & Elegant Hotel The St. Regis Atlanta is a classic and elegant urban hotel. The hotel is situated a block or so off of Peachtree on the edge of the commercial and residential areas of Buckhead. My family and I have stayed numerous times at this property over the years and the service has consistently been refined and attentive. Our most recent stay was no different. From the bellman to housekeeping to front desk to pool attendants, all were inviting and helpful (other than the concierge who was somewhat argumentative and curt when trying to have help with a dinner reservation). Our room this stay (metropolitan suite) was comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed the spacious sitting/bar area of the room. It was a nice place to watch a movie and take breakfast. The hotel appeared to be taking appropriate covid protocols and all staff wore masks and some even gloves. At the time of our stay, there were two major construction projects occurring around the hotel. One across the street from the front entrance to the property and the other abutting the property near the entrance to Atlas & Garden Room. Fortunately, our room faces the pool and not directly toward one of these projects, as I can only imagine it would have been a major disruption. Fortunately, it appears both project should be completed in the next several months if I had to guess. I’d highly recommend the St. Regis Atlanta and hope to return on our next visit to Atlanta.

The Most Excellent Hotel and Service I have stayed here 3 times in the past 4 months for business. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and maintained to the utmost detail. I first stayed in April when it was still quite quiet due to the pandemic. The room was spotless and disinfected... even the remote control had been disinfected and placed in a clean sealed plastic bag. Sanitary hand wipes were also provided in the room as well as throughout the hotel and fitness center. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They are attentive and are quick to accomodate any request. The facilities are beautiful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Fabulous Hotel We were celebrating our 49th anniversary. Several days before checking in we were sent an email asking if we had any special requests or were celebrating a birthday or anniversary,etc. When we checked in we were greeted warmly and immediately offered a glass of champagne. Our room was super clean and quite large with sophisticated furniture and design. Perfect. Could not have asked for more. We also found some complimentary chocolate covered strawberries to enjoy. The hotel is well staffed and everyone professional and extremely cordial. Room service relatively fast with excellent food. Additionally the hotel offers complimentary Limo service within a two mile radius. Super nice for dinner and not having to drive or Uber. All in all highly recommended. It’s upscale with appropriate pricing so if you are looking for just a bed to sleep in or a “party” hotel this is not your place.

St. Regis excellence As per previous visits to other St. Regis sites, the Atlanta location is also an excellent hotel experience. Top notch bar and attached lobby restaurant, full of character and the drinks and food were much enjoyed. Spacious room and classy. I do think the valet parking of $50 per night is outrageous, so I opted to self park in the deck. Hope to return again.

Not up to the usual St. Regis Standard We generally have a 5 star rating for the St. Regis Atlanta, however this time the experience was not to the usual standard we expect. This was because: 1) Had to make three requests for stationary and envelopes. We received stationary after our second request, but no envelopes. 2) The menu says all day breakfast, however we were told that there were no options available prior to 7 AM. The menu should be updated to reflect this. We were not able to fully utilize our breakfast credit because of this. (It says "Breakfast featured from 7 am - 11 am (available all day upon request" - this is clearly not the case and we went hungry until noon the next day because we had planned according to what was printed in the menu.) 3) Shower was broken and spraying water horizontally. This was due to the arm not being properly screwed in. Easy fix, but left a large puddle on the floor. (All ratings in this review are based on this stay only and do not consider our prior stays at this property.)
