Great service, nice facility The facilities were immaculate and reception was very hospitable. The lobby has a unique design, ensuring smelled nice, it was all very clean, and the signature double tree cookies were got and delicious. Thanks, Samu.el, for the warm welcome!

Very pleasant, relaxing experience Kimora and Kadesha are very professional. Their solution oriented approach to helping guests made feel reassured that they care about my well being. Not only are they professional but they are personable as well. Because of my interactions with them along with dining staff I will be recommending this hotel to my coworkers.

Great place...Great Stay The front desk staff especially Samuel was very pleasant and accommodating. I had a question about the local eateries and they were able to answer me swiftly and with a smile. The room was clean and the housekeeping in the morning was also pleasant. The cookies were amazing and if in the area I will be staying again

Good hotel Chose this hotel due to fact they had an airport shuttle to regional airport. Was only Hilton in area that had one. Ate a late night dinner at Bar and was very good. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff is super friendly and helpful—above normal helpful. True southern hospitality! The public spaces of hotel are clean and well maintained. My room was average. Bathroom had a leaky sink faucet unless turned off a certain way, bathroom a little dated with the tub area needing some repair due to cracks, carpet a little worn but overall good room. Air conditioning worked great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good not great Between the two rooms that I paid for we got one decent room. Room one had a window and a refrigerator. Room two how did jacuzzi and a private pooper room. Neither room had everything. On top of that I went into the bar at 10:51 and they said that they were closed for the night. Lounge/bar area clearly states that they close at 2300.
