I will be back Awesome experience. Great staff and very comfortable accommodations. My first time at this location and it will not be my last. From the initial greeting when I walked in the door until time to check out. It was a great experience.

Hilton Austin Airport Hotel Review What a fantastic place to stay, absolutely loved it!!!!!!!!!! 1. The staff, every person I met was truly wonderful!!! 2. The room was great, super clean. 3. The hotel location with respect to the nearby restaurants and the airport was superb.

Overall best experience at a Hilton It’s the front desk staff that did it for me. I don’t recall her name but she was extremely polite, greeted me as soon as I got to the desk, respectful, helpful and just made me feel at ease. After a long day of flying that was really refreshing. Her nails were super cute too! I travel often for business and I’m happy to choose the Hilton every time!

Total let down The hotel did not have any of the amenities listed, available. The salt water pool is out of service (looked to be out for the last few years), restaurant was closed and had to sit at the bar with your children to eat, the walkways to the rooms were disgusting (paint pealing from walls and discolored doors), and also did not have a shop available for last minute purchases (was told I would need to walk 2 blocks to a gas station). 3 stars is counting for awesome service at the bar and quick/kind shuttle service. The rooms were nice inside but getting to them was horrible. The outside of the hotel is very dated also, and the gardening was a disaster zone. Total let down.

Avoid this hotel When we checked in, Diego assured us we were getting a quiet room. We planned to get up at 4:30 am for a flight. Just as we were getting into bed the room next door (with a thin adjoining door) was occupied by what sounded like a mother and a couple of pre teens. Their vocal chords only seemed to have one volume. And they proceeded to shout about eve imaginable trivial thing. Real gangbusters. We called the front desk and the night manager came up and asked them to quiet down. As soon as she left they started arguing in their usual volume as to who triggered the censure. It probably went on all night but we went downstairs and asked Diego to lick his calf over and give us a better "quiet" room. The good news is that there is now a Hyatt at AUS. We are gold members at Hilton but will opt for Hyatt next time.
