Won't be back to stay here. I think this was the worst place I've ever stayed. First time we booked a single room for 1 night to check it out. Our daughter had just moved to the area and this was the closest to her home. Wanted to check it out for future trips. Lock was falling off the door on the inside, shower rod was broken, shower head leaked and sprayed all over the bathroom. Towels were old, mis-matched and frayed. TV remote was missing and had to unplug the set to turn it off (it was on when we entered). AC unit was very noisy during initial startup, but then was quiet. The filter was completely plugged with dust and lint. Bed was uncomfortable, carpets were dirty looking, decor was tacky at best. Breakfast was very minimal. Juice, coffee, toast, bagel, unmarked sweet roll in a package, apples and a couple varieties of cold cereal and packets of oatmeal. Left to visit other family for a few days in Rochester before returning to fly out of Syracuse. Decided to give them 1 more chance, maybe we just a bad room. Booked a double room this time thinking different room setup would be better. It was worse... The mold was so strong it made you gag when you entered the room. The AC was better with a clean filter and was quiet and there was a remote this time. The ceiling had chunks of stucco missing from water damage from the unit above. The bathroom ceiling was a dark grey/black with mold over the tub. My husband emptied a bottle of water into the sink and it didn't drain. Filled it with hot water to try to get it going, no luck. He went to the desk to tell the clerk and returned with a plunger so we could fix it ourselves. On our second attempt, the grossness that came back into the sink is beyond taking about. Time to move rooms...fast! We were then given a Queen suite. This room didn't smell at least. The towels were still old and frayed. The toilet seat was not attached so you had to sit carefully. The bottom sheet was pilling and rough. We discovered the next morning the window glass was broken and had been repaired with scotch tape awhile ago as the edges we dirty and old. The floor was a vinyl product with so much soap on it that my husband was literally sliding all over and you left foot prints everywhere you walked. The fold out couch in the sitting space looked like something that was pulled out of a fraternity basement before demolition. We didn't even want to touch it. In conclusion, the only thing positive was the girl at the front desk.

3-day stay Needed to ask for clean towels as no daily housekeeping which would have been ok if told at checkin.
