Towels I liked the hotel and the restaurant was amazing, good fresh locally sourced food. My only gripe was that there was only towels for 2 people as opposed to 4. Kind of a first world problem...and I feel entitled saying this, but having to call and order towels during bath time is not super fun. Please just verify the number of people in the room and supply the right amount of items.

Poor Experience for High cost Several deficiencies in the room, for $359/night I had high expectations, felt at though the room should have been priced at $99. After contacting the front desk they adjusted our rate, but I would have preferred a better experience at a different property.

Worth it The hotel had a very reasonable price considering location and look of it. The hotel seemed all renovated and had a very good restaurant. The rooms all looked new and it had underground parking which was a big plus!

Banff Expedition Awesome place to stay. Conveniently located downtown of Banff. Everything is within walking distance. Good customer service. Rooms are exactly what it looks like on the photos from the website. Nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds.

Hotel Review We enjoyed the hotel however the pull out couch had stains on it and the window didn’t open the service was good but unfortunately the bottle of champagne we ordered for my son and daughter-in-law on their arrival never happened we ordered that through the one 800 number the location was great and everything else was very good
