Consistent service Stayed here on 2 separate occasions in the summer 2020. Mid July for a week & then again in September for another week. We stayed in the older section of rooms for this hotel. July the pools were closed and our room location was 2nd floor facing back parking lot. September pool was open with advance booking and only your family was permitted at that booked time. Room location was also older section of hotel on 2nd floor but this time facing side parking lot. This worked well as the patio door opened to ground level so we were able to take our dog out for quick bathroom breaks more easily. Both times our rooms weren't cleaned the whole week but we were told we could request it. Otherwise they weren't coming in. They provided empty bags for us to change our garbages & towels as needed. We simply placed them outside the room early morning and they replaced. Considering the pandemic situation, I felt this hotel offered everything we needed. Comfortable beds, clean towels when we needed and a hot shower. Would have been nice to have the restaurant for takeout option but we got that elsewhere once we were out on our busy mornings.

Great service, especially during COVID The staff at this hotel go above and beyond the call. We were staying with a toddler and pet for an extended stay and needed a few amenities and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and the soundproofing is decent and they gave us a great rate. In the hallways you can hear people, but in my room I could not hear anyone. Their is a restaurant in the hotel but it is closed due to COVID. They did provide a take away breakfast, pastry, yogurt, granola bar etc. enough to tide you over. There is also a business center and small gym, indoor and outdoor pool but we did not use any of that and the outdoor is closed for the season. The wifi worked well. They also have a free small laundry room with free laundry soap and bounce from the front deck which I thought was a nice touch. This is an older hotel though, one mark of that is the bathroom which looked like it had a leak in the ceiling at one point. I am not a plumber or drywaller by trade, but it looked like it was a bit of rough and quick repair job. The only other things to mention is that it's location is a bit of a mixed bag. It is off the highway and near several fast food restaurants and the excellent Mandarin Chinese restaurant. The only down side is that the street the hotel is on is very busy and making the turn into the parking lot can be an exercise is patience. I should also mention that there is a big pothole right iin the middle of the north parking lot, they have it taped off, I am sure this will be fixed, but just something to note. The only suggestion I would make, and I understand it may not be feasible is that they consider having luggage carts at multiple entrances of the hotel. They do have them in the main entrance, but not on the wings where we were staying. Overall we liked this hotel a lot and would stay here again.

Nothing special Don’t usually use Holiday Inn, but location was good for our needs. Stayed in the outside part since we had a pet with us. Rooms were clean ,a little dated, beds comfortable, bagged breakfast because of Covid,. Overall an ok stay.

Visit peacekeepers park for a cerimony on Sunday Window were filthy. Hand prints from previous customers. Mold spots on the grout in the shower. Place stuck of carpet fresh. That hide the smell of the stained carpet. Rm 303. in case u want to do some detail cleaning. Needs a new bed also. BUT. great staff. Great location.

First Class! It was a blizzard, I had just worked a 12 hour shift, and I just knew if I drove I would end up in a ditch somewhere. Dianne, and the staff at Holiday Inn made so many amazing accomodations for me. I can't express how grateful I am and how first class the customer service is at this establishment! Truly wonderful! This is how you run a business folks!
