I wouldn't recommend Linens didn't get changed had to being my own laundry down, breakfast wasn't stocked, a.c didn't work, pool light was out of water while I was swimming

Breakfast well worth it While the hotel itself wasn’t the greatest I have to give a shoutout to Felica as breakfast was absolutely amazing. She is a rockstar in my book for the fabulous breakfast this morning. I have been to several hotels and never had such a good variety of foods to choice from and everything available as well.

Horrible dirty and rude customer service don’t stay at baymont on Beckley rd they tried giving me a dirty room needing repairs at first and then the new room smelled like smoke the floors was gross and dirty the bed was wobbly the window sill almost fell on my kids the drawers in the dressers was dirty the outlets in the lamps was coming out dirty under furniture and all around the hot tub was dirty the shower had a prior guest scrubby hanging up in the shower the sheets wasn’t clean I had to use my own the staff was rude to me and other unhappy guest the halls was dirty the pool room is supposed to be opened 9am to 11pm and didn’t even get to use it till 3 pm then it was dirty to and never any pool towels I had to ask 4 times for towels the only vending machine that worked was on the first floor and to top it off they are trying to charge me $250.00 for the room smelling like smoke when I don’t even smoke and I even told the maid it smelled of smoke and even asked her to clean the floors again cuz dirt everywhere she came in and cleaned just the main part of the room and left the garbage under the bed and under other furniture and dirt in the corners of the room and around the hot tub

3rd Shift Service 3rd shift husband an wife team are amazing they both made sure all are needs where meet with kindness and made me an my wife an children feel like we where at home which was much needed with what we are going thru I don’t have a problem with any shift they all made sure we where comfortable an have never been rude but Claudette an her husband where above and beyond for us I wish we could have them all day but all an all this has an still continues to be an amazing stay it’s been cleaned up so much definitely will return for another stay just on there service alone they both made are stay amazing!!!!!!

bad breakfast Bad breakfast very bad. Did not stay open till 9am no milk everything bromen could not even get coffee!!!!
