Wonderful experience. Fantastic service and clean rooms! They made accommodations for our group of workers as needed and were quick to rectify any issues. We will be using this hotel for all of our future projects in the area and we look forward to staying in the holiday inn.

Horrible Absolute terrible customer service. Will tell you one thing then not live up to what they say. We were going to be staying here for the Michigan state bowling tournament but unfortunately the bowling alley didn't have power and canceled. So we call the hotel and told them what was going on and we were told given the circumstances they would cancel with no fees as long as it was by 3PM. This was 1pm by 2pm we called to cancel and were basically told we were up craps creek. So they like to tell you one thing then tell you no, not good customer service. So I will be Disputing all charges and taking this up with corporate. Pretty sad they wont help out when things are out of our control, without the tournament we had no reason to stay. I would give these guys a zero if i could.

Nasty stay away Place is gross. Tape on floors holding carpet in place, elevators are disgusting. The smell within the hotel is gross. Rooms were outdated and nasty. Switched rooms due to bugs. I would avoid this hotel at all cost.

Good value, clean and safe! This is not my first stay at a holiday inn, and it is exactly what you expect from one. It is clean, it is safe, the staff are friendly, and the property is well-managed. The room I stayed in was bright and clean, the pillows were fluffy, the beadspread was soft and clean, the towels were also fluffy and there were many of them. The fridge worked and kept everything nice and cool. There was a kureig in my room though I didn't use it, I like that it was there if I wanted to. I did not eat there, but there is a restaurant right down in the lobby which smelled great. Breakfast was included though I didn't have enough time to go get it in the mornings. There is a pool and a gym but I didn't partake of either of those amenities. The only downside is that my room did not have a microwave, however there is one in the lobby that looked like anyone could use. I did not use it, and if I had been there for longer I may have been annoyed without the microwave. It is possible other rooms have microwaves, I did not ask. Wonderful value for the price and I definitely reccomend staying here!

Disappointed and Disgusted I was very disappointed. They do not have the advertised free breakfast on the weekend. The rooms are dated, stained and a bit dirty. My husband said it smelled like a meat locker when we went in. The ice was disgusting. Once melted there was so much gross stuff left. I was sick to my stomach! There is a newer temp control panel facing directly at the bed but it is not functional. It was low on the wall. It was creepy and we covered with a wash cloth. We will never stay there again.
