Good place to stay. Large, clean room, with lots of electrical outlets. There was a table and one chair in our room. Staff was friendly, and the price was excellent. We had no complaints. There is an outdoor pool, which we didn’t use because the water was cold and although it was August, the weather was chilly.

No thank you. I should know better than to book the cheapest room in town. Expedia's 8.2/10 rating talked me into it. Unfortunately, this ended up being a property that is more of a "weekly rates" location rather than a clean, comfortable overnight. People clearly live here long-term, so it gives off a rundown vibe just because of that. Also, rooms open to outdoor corridors. Super low budget fixtures and furnishings. The bed was advertised as 1 queen but was definitely only a double-though clean and comfortable. Fridge was not operational, shower didn't regulate temp and only 6 of the 30 holes in the shower head sprayed water. Pros: walkable to FSU hockey arena, front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Would not stay here again, nor recommend it to others.

Horrible If you look at responses to negative reviews this manager takes no responsibility for anything. Calls every single complaint a lie. This is not someone that should be in hospitality. Be careful here. In my google review she blatantly lies and says the picture of the bug _ isn’t her hotel. And the picture is most certainly her hotel!!!! Let’s go to court and talk about defamation. You think I don’t have better things to do then post fake reviews. Also she says we didn’t start complaining until night just because we wanted a refund. Does a hotel manager actually not understand that people aren’t in their rooms all day. And our complaints escalated when we were without power sitting in the dark. Did I somehow shut the power off of our hotel just to complain for a refund? Did I leave the hotel for another room three times the cost just for a refund? We were at a hockey tournament all day!!!! We turned on the heater when we checked in, room was still freezing when we got back! That was before we didn’t have power. Also she is telling the truth when she says I didn’t complain to them about the bugs, cleanliness or ice to them. I just wanted power and heat, I’m a respectful guest and I’m not going to sit there and complain about every little thing at a two star hotel. Unbelievable*** So we got into our room and there were dead bugs, the room was filthy, and the heat wasn’t working. This was really concerning traveling with our baby. They brought us a space heater, shortly after that the power went out. We called the front desk, after about a half hour it seemed like they took care of it and it came back on. Only to go out again about ten minutes later. At that point we wanted a refund. The front desk gal was great when we checked in, horrible when we had an issue. Basically told us we can leave if we want to keep complaining. When my wife said we are leaving “she said bye bye B word” but she actually said it. All because we complained about not having power multiple times. Then she told us we were banned and ran outside to take our license plate. On top of all that they don’t salt the sidewalk, my wife and older daughter slipped and fell on the ice at different times. I’m not exaggerating. Literally the most horrible hotel experience I’ve had in my 34 years of life. The manager wouldn’t speak to us, said she would in the morning. I really hate leaving bad reviews but this was a shockingly bad experience. When we got to the Hampton Inn after leaving they could not believe what happened.

Ashley and Manager very rude. No heat! There was a cockroach by the TV, heat didn’t work, brought a space heater which then blew the breaker so no electricity. Ashley was very rude and hung up on myself and my mother, manager was also very rude. We requested a new room and they refused. Had a baby so needed heat and electricity. Ended up leaving and going to the Hampton Inn. Refused to give a refund. Don’t ever stay there!

Never again after numerous stays over years. Becoming very rundown. Rudest manager ever encountered. Been going to this hotel for nearly a dozen years, several times a year. It’s become VERY rundown. Worst part is the extremely rude manager. We had a We had an issue with them, accusing us of breaking a shelf on the refrigerator and charging us $200. We contacted the manager and she was extremely snarky and would not even listen. Considering we’ve stayed there so many times without any issues you would think the least you could do is be civil. Will never return, now we go to Holiday Inn.
