Hampton Inn Bonita Springs/Naples-North

Not what I expected from a Hamton Inn Very disappointed. Stains all over the carpeting. I didn't feel comfortable not wearing shoes at all. I got out of the shower, stepped on a towel and then put shoes back on. The carpet tiles were moved. There was paint chipping on the vent in the bathroom and there was a crack with an opening in the ceiling above the bathtub. Prime for mold. The shower head only worked on the hard, 3 stream option, which hurt hitting the top of my head. The breakfast options were good, but the staff was not friendly and did not engage. At one point I was standing at the elevator with a member of housekeeping. I pointed out that she had something stuck to the bottom of her shoe. She looked at me, pulled the stuff off of her shoe and then got in the elevator in front of like. Felt like we were bothering her. Most dissapointing is that I got 2 texts asking me about my stay. I was asked to rate 1-5. I gave a rating of 1 and no one bothered to respond.

Great family getaway The front end staff was extremely helpful and courteous. In particular, Eddy and Ryan were extremely helpful. They gave us recommendations for beaches when we were unable to go to our original beach, which was closed. The room was very clean. Perfect location for a quick family stay and the breakfast was tasty!

Nice One Night Stay! I stayed at this hotel for one night. I was assigned room 334. My nightly rate with all taxes was $123.46. Service - Besim assisted me during the check-in process. Great first impression. He was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I checked-in on the app and requested a digital key the night before. The day of, it made me go to the front desk first. Annoying, but not his fault. Room - Typical Hampton Inn room, which for me is great. Super comfortable bed. Great working AC wall unit. Desk with comfortable chair. Great working mini refrigerator. Microwave. Adequate lighting and conveniently placed electrical outlets. Window curtains that closed all the way not allowing light in, so great if trying to sleep in. The bathroom was large with ample space for your toiletries. Tub with shower curtain. Hotel Information - The hotel has 92 rooms and 3 floors. Elevator is down the hallway from the front desk. Typical complimentary Hampton Inn breakfast. Outdoor pool. Convenient parking lot. Hotel Location - Convenient location between Fort Myers and Naples. There is a Publix Supermarket directly across the street. As Expected Friendly front-desk staff, clean rooms (but somewhat dated), and typical Hampton breakfast. Rooms on the front have a lake view but also experience some traffic noise. The location is convenient to shopping, dining, and beaches. Overall, this is a good place to stay.

Better Than Holiday Inn Really dig through these comments and stick to the positive ones. We had booked at the Holiday Inn across the street and upon check in they lost our reservation. So by chance we walked over to the Hampton and they were able to accommodate us for our entire week stay. We did stay during Easter week so of course it was a little pricey but, well worth the price. The Chief Engineer Caleb went above and beyond for us by coming in after hours to fix our AC that was not cooling properly, and then first thing every morning would ask how it was working. And he would check in on us before leaving at the end of his day. The lovely breakfast worker gave us helpful hints on when to go to the beach and some of the best restaurants and beaches to visit. Ammie is very knowledgeable of the area. We couldn't have nicer things to say about the entire staff at this property and will definitely choose to stay here again. And they have a gator in the little lake by the road.
