Nope. Beware. This was the first hotel we’ve ever packed up and left. Room 326 was musty and humid when we walked in, and the carpet was damp, despite the A/C running and set to 65. After a couple hours, the humidity didn’t reduce and we asked for a different room. The hotel was full, so we decided to leave. This was after a maintenance person came to the room and was adamant it was fine. While packing we noticed a blood stain on the comforter. There was also a used dried washcloth left in the shower. Yuck and yuck. We left at 8:30pm and drove to Lawrence where we stayed in a lovely Hampton Inn for $50 less. Two positives I will mention: 1) the pool was great, with the warmest water. Almost like swimming in a hot tub. 2) they did refund all our money when we left.

Decent clean and accessible. The hotel served its purpose. We were in town for an event in Lawrence, unrelated to the home football game that weekend. Due to the football game, all of the decent hotels were way overpriced, so we decided to book a hotel about 25 miles from Lawrence(in Bonner Springs). Clean hotel, comfortable bed, and fresh towels and linens. The only negative I found was the breakfast was a little mediocre. It could use more fresh fruit. The dairy container had "yogurt" written on it, but there was no yogurt to be found. Coffee was good! The hallways were a tad bit noisy, but I think that had more to do with the fact that some guests have no respect for others nor the capability to use "inside voices". We had to call the front desk twice (once at 1AM and again at 3AM) because guests were in the hall having loud disagreements. It was not the hotel's fault, and the front desk was very prompt in handling the situation.

Restful Stay on our trip Hotel looked updated as the room had new lighting and amenities. Room was comfortable and breakfast was adequate for our needs, although no oatmeal. Internet may not be the easiest to use as I had trouble connecting. Nice gesture to receive our receipt in our room before we left, easy check out. Only issue was pool was closed by the health department.

Comfortable beds I love great customer service and by far since coming to Kansas this hotel is the best. The night manager is accommodating, the beds are comfortable and nice, and the breakfast is good. The hotel is located in a good central area. If you want a nice stay with good sleep you want be disappointed.

Excellent Stay - recommend I was unsure at first to book this hotel due to negative reviews, but glad I kept the reservation. Hotel was easy access from interstate. Quiet area. Glad this hotel thought of comfort features. Had a kind suite. Our room was excellent. With a king bed, had 4 king size pillows not those tiny ones. The bathroom had soap dispensers at sink and tub/shower areas with DOVE brand products. Very nice. The tolet was high enough, not sitting on the floor. Had refrigerator, Kurig coffee maker in room. BK 6- 9 am was very good. The usual items including the delicious cinnamon buns. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only problem, pool was closed by heath inspector which was ok as do not use pools. Would recommend.
