Great stay We cancelled a hotel stay in a neighboring city at the last moment due to hotel standards. We called this holiday inn express and they welcomed us with all of our needs. Mara who helped us get checked in was amazing! She definitely a huge help on the phone and in person. The room was clean. Very quiet. Only thing I could complain about would be the tv. Not good. Breakfast was great. I would highly recommend.

Good Stay, Great Memories Our team stayed here for the state varsity hockey tournament. The staff and accommodations couldn't have been better. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was hot and delicious and staff was exceptional. The team was able to utlize the meeting room right off the breakfast area and it worked so well for team and family get togethers pre and post games! I will remember this experience fondly and am happy the Holiday Inn Express played a role.

Bad service We arrived at 3 when the check in was supposed to be and had to wait almost 2 hours for them to clean rooms before we could even get in. The hot tub was broken, they closed the slide before the hours stated they closed so my kids were unable to play. The lady at the front desk was very dismissive and rude.

Ok not great We were in Brookings SD for a youth event at the Swiftel Center. Location was great for walking distance, breakfast was ok. The biggest disappointment was the water slide. It was only open on Friday and Saturday nights. We were there M-S so kids were not able to use water slide. With such a big youth event the hotel should have made accommodations for a lifeguard to be on duty for operating of the water slide during the week.

Best Choice :Clean & Comfortable Attending a meeting in Brookings and chose this hotel. It is located conveniently just off the interstate. The hotel lobby was clean and the front desk staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet , clean, and comfortable. The jacuzzi made for the perfect end for the day. I will stay here again. Travel safe...
