Clean, comfy hotel with a fantastic staff! I love this hotel! It is clean, comfy, and in a great location. I especially love the front desk ladies, Jerica and Laurie, who have helped me check in four years in a row. They're super helpful throughout my stays and always make everything better.

Safe and well ran hotel This seems like one of the nicest hotels in the area and feels very safe. When you look around the downtown area this clearly stands out as one of the better spots to stay and they must hold many events in their large event center. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful with any suggestion that we had. Their onsite bar has just what you need to refuel at the end of the day. The cookies are always warm. Overall I would recommend this place in Canton as it feels the safest and has easy parking.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with not just a warm Chocolate Chip cookie, but also with genuine smiles from the incredible front desk team, led by the amazing Monika. Talk about feeling instantly at home! She was definitely a blessing to greet weary travelers like us_ But wait, it gets even better. The lobby itself is a masterpiece, setting the stage for an unforgettable stay. They even have an art piece made entirely of moss. Incredible!! And as we ascended in the elevator, we couldn’t help but feel the upscale vibe, knowing that this hotel is a favorite among former NFL players and their families, thanks to its proximity to the NFL Hall of Fame. Our room? Pure bliss. Every detail meticulously crafted for both style and comfort, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the sights and sounds of Canton. And let’s talk about cleanliness - spotless doesn’t even begin to describe it! While we didn’t get a chance to take a dip in the pool or break a sweat in the fitness center (next time for sure!), our only minor hiccup was the limited parking. But fear not, dear travelers, for even in this, there’s a solution - street parking on a first-come, first-served basis or the conveniently located post office across the street. Despite this tiny inconvenience, we wholeheartedly give the DoubleTree Hotel a glowing 5-star rating. Trust us, this is a must-stay destination that we’ll be coming back to again and again!

An Excellent Hotel in a Great Location My wife and I had an excellent visit here, beginning with the incredibly welcoming greeting from Ky, who was staffing the reception desk (including the warm cookies, by the way). Ky was engaging, friendly, and helpful. The other staff people we met were unusually welcoming and friendly, too. Our room was excellent, spacious and well designed. The location is great, just a short walk to the Canton Classic Car Museum (a gem worth visiting even if you're not that into cars) and the beautiful Palace Theater.
