Horrible service The hotel is very nice. Pool is good as well. Family friendly. The service is absolutely awful. In all parts of the hotel. There isn’t anyone available when you need them. Couldn’t get through on the phone or in person. Definitely Wouldn’t come back.

Amazing services Excellent service at the front desk. Ana and Liz are amazing and always here to help, going above and beyond!! The facility needs some upgrade , in particular the gym équipments (old and dysfunctional ), but the level of attention of the personnel makes you forget about it!

Excellent Resort Very nice property. The rooms and bathrooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The best part was the service and excellent breakfast. The service at front desk was excellent! Ana gave us absolutely amazing service with a smile during our stay and even remembered my name every time I approached her. We also got great service from Grace and Liz. They all had a genuinely welcoming way about them. The breakfast is absolutely delicious at Twenty 20. It was also very good at 7 Mile. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Great time, perfect for LegoLand! Great location, great front desk staff, very family friendly. Great location, separate entrance to Lego Land. Older hotel. Great pool for kids. Good breakfast. Bar was also good. Room service slow and expensive particularly when delivered in a brown paper bag. However, employees great and helpful. We had fun!

Nice stay. We stayed at the Sheraton due to a work conference close by. Overall, we liked it. Staff was very warm and friendly. Very family friendly – close proximity to Legoland. There’s a large pool and Legoland shuttle service. My initial impression….. it felt new, and very clean. It’s a large property with a wing that seems much older that the rest of the property. We stayed in the older wing so I can only comment on room there……. room was fine and spacious, did have an older slightly dated feel. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well and didn’t blow directly on a bed. Overall it was very good.
