Would not stay at and worst IHG visited We stayed here on way to another destination. Anny (I believe is her name) at front desk was awesome and most helpful. Went to room and smelled of body odor think locker room and no towels. Immediately let Anny know and within 5 minutes we had air freshener and towels. Wee leave and check out. Next morning we start itching, pretty sure it’s fleas based on the looks of it and symptoms. I feel that they don’t really clean or do what is needed for accepting pets.

OMG it was a pigpen! OMG it was a pigpen! We arrived late at night so we didn't have the energy to complain or demand another room. Carpets were filthy; bathroom toilet basin had poop marks from previous guests; & dirty towels were left behind from earlier guests. Thank God the bed seemed cleaned.

We would return for sure! Very friendly check in. Very efficient check in. The place is mostly done with the remodel and feels new. Clean. Nice breakfast options. Loved having washer and dryer to do laundry. Close to Appalachian Trail to hike. Chambersburg area is very nice.

Filthy This was the most disgusting Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. There were Mens beard clippings all over the bathroom along with toothpaste spit on the counter in front of the sink. In the toilet, shower, floor and sink under the clean towels. There were feces on the toilet bowl ring. Garbage on floor and the entryway and bathroom floors were filthy. The nightstands had dust and hair built up. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. There was no mattress cover under the sheet or on the pillows. There is no way those floors were vacuumed or scrubbed and that room was not wiped down or sanitized.

Frustrated I travel each week and always stay in an IHG hotels. I'm a Gold Elite member and previously didn't have issues until I started staying at this hotel. For the 2nd time in the last month when I arrived at 4 pm my room wasn't ready. They tell me 30 minutes but typically it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get into my room. If check in is at 4 pm my room should be ready when I arrive at 4 pm. I am exhausted after traveling and generally starving but can't do anything but sit in the hotel lobby praying they can get me into my room sooner rather than later.
