Excellent value, fantastic amenities! Fantastic stay!! Friendly staff, great accomodations, the property is nicely taken care of. Breakfast checked all the boxes. Pool area was clean. Workout facility met all expectations. The stay at the Hampton Inn Chandler made a getaway to the southeast just that much better.

NO AC The AC did not work. In Arizona. When the temperature was 100 degrees. "Best I can do is give you a box fan". Maintenance tried to tell me AC needs to be set at 75 degrees to work. I do not like to be treated like an idiot.

AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL HOTEL (THE PICTURES ARE NOT UPDATED!!) The hotel is beautiful and huge. The receptionist was very helpful and outgoing he gave us a pretty hefty discount and the breakfast was really tasty and was given a lot of choices. The pool is lovely and also has a whirlpool for the winter. The elevators are fast and really clean. The bed was soft and comfortable the sheets were clean and very soft. I would definitely stay here again

Hotel is nice but don’t expect any housekeeping services. Stayed here for 5 days and asked for housekeeping to just bring towels & take garbage/ dirty towels daily. No one ever came. Hotel staff assured us they would come next day but no one ever did. We had to keep bringing down dirty towels & garbage everyday. Also, there is no maintenance people after hours so when our light in the bathroom went out, their solution was having us change rooms. Not ideal.

Refreshingly pleasant without breaking the bank. The hotel looks fairly new. Everything from the lobby to the pool was clean and in good condition. The staff was very nice. The free breakfast was the typical serve yourself hotel buffet, with a waffle maker, eggs, and Canadian bacon. We swam in the afternoon when the pool was shaded. The water was warm. In the room we had a comfortable bed, a small closet, and a good sized bathroom with ample counter space and a step-in shower. There was a hair dryer, large shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles attached to the wall, and convenient shelves behind the door. The room had a coffee maker and refrigerator. This hotel is the best we've stayed at for the price, though it was the middle of July when rates are lower. We will stay here again.
