Just ok Checkin process was good and the clerk at the front desk was very nice! Hotel is older and not as nice as the other IHG hotels we have stayed at! Room had a musty smell and there were kids running around the halls late at night! ( I know that’s not the hotels fault but I thought I’d add that anyway )Ok for short trips! Would not stay here again Photos on the website are deceiving and not the hotel we stayed at

Aaron is awesome! We love Chattanooga. Aaron is amazing! The people here are always so kind and friendly. Always well maintained. Our personal getaway. Awesome place to stay! Thanks Aaron and your entire staff for making this our special place to forget the world.

Clean, affordable and superb downtown location We needed an overnight stop on our journey and picked this hotel. Grounds are beautiful. The downtown area is very clean! We walked from our hotel to explore. Checking in and out was a breeze. The room was clean and in great condition. Carpeting on the floor and room appear new. Few small items missing in the room: sweetener and creamer for the Kurig in the room. However, there was a coffee station in the lobby well stocked. The room also did not have the facial mirror. But the restroom and wall length mirrors were sufficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Friends intown for weekend. All had excellent stay here The hotel is older but in excellent shape. The staff was very friendly the GM very helpful. Every one of our rooms were in excellent condition. Great location. Clean, friendly and I would say exceptional for value. Kudos to a staff and Hotel that are above average

Most Frustrated Hotel The room had a smell to it but it was late so we sucked it up. The bathroom floor wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There was hair. The breakfast buffet was a bit of a joke. They kept running out of food but, to the staffs credit they were trying to keep everything stocked. The most frustrating part was that I reserved a room with 2 Queen beds and we were placed in a room with 2 double beds. The next morning when I went to check out the receptionist said she couldn’t make an adjustment and didn’t understand that I was overcharged since I was five. The wrong room. She refused to credit me the difference and wouldn’t check me out. Only stating that the manager would be in the next day. My concern now, is that I will be. Barged for another night. My recommendation is if you’re give. The wrong room go back to the front desk immediately and have them fix it. Don’t wait in this the following morning.
