Don’t stay here The pool is green and not maintained, cockroaches in the room, no daily maid service, no shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the room. The laundry facilities are broken. They ran out of food for breakfast (we were staying with athletes who came to compete in the national championships for soccer and they couldn’t feed the kids!) The employees tried to be helpful but lacked the resources to actually affect change. Really disappointing.

Hotel Stay I can for an extended 13 days stay. The studio unit was perfect for me. Front desk very friendly and accommodating. Heather was super helpful and got me checked in and a first floor room like I asked. Rooms super clean. Hotel was exactly as advertised and adorable. The property is well cared for. Has a pool, grill area and basketball court. This was closed when because I came in March but would definitely come back again.

Great for family travel Suites are a very comfortable size, full kitchenettes and plenty of closet space. Beds were comfortable as well. Front desk is very friendly and helpful!! Bathrooms are on the small side BUT overall it was a great stay!! We will return again

Stay away. We stayed at the Sonesta ES in Chesterfield, MO for 7 nights. It wasn’t a good stay and I want to share my experience with others so they can avoid this place. There were certainly problems with the room; Cigarette burns on the furniture, Caked-on dust on the ceiling fans and cabinets, The silverware in the kitchenette area included 6 butter knives and 2 spoons. No forks. The hot water took 7 minutes to come on in the shower. That’s not an exaggeration - we timed it and set a timer each morning when we needed a shower. And our keycards stopped working 4 times during our 7 days. So while trying to get to our room, we had to make a special trip to the front office area to ask for a new key card. All that is bad enough. But when I went to the front office to get a new keycard, they TWICE gave me a card to my room without checking for ID. Let me be clear - I walked in, said “My key stopped working for room 822” and they HANDED ME A KEY TO ROOM 822. They didn’t bother to check to see if I was actually the person staying in room 822 - they just handed it out. Twice. The second time, the guy misheard me and was about to hand me a key to room 811 before I corrected him. I wonder how the folks in room 811 would feel about that. So don’t stay here. Or just go in and say you’re staying here. They’ll probably just hand you a card to whatever room you ask for.

Disgusting and filthy If cleanliness and good customer service is important to you, DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is filthy. All of it, our room, the grounds and pool. The furniture is badly stained and dirty as well as the carpet. The coffee pot was so disgusting we bought a new one. The entry way tile was dirty and sticky our shoes were sticking to it. It took 4 trips to the front office to get the shampoo, conditioner and shower soap dispensers filled (for both bathrooms). Seriously, this place is so bad I am notifying their county health dept and the Sonesta Corporate office.
