So quiet after midnight I was there on business & fully enjoyed myself! I want to stay there again since they had a great bar; I bought a bottle of wine at the bar and enjoyed it in my room. My room's neighbors stopped by and asked if I'd join their party so I did. It was crazy. I eventually went back to my room and kept drinking.

Great Staff They're problem-solvers. There was a problem with my room since someone with an ecard overstayed their welcome but the front desk person took care of it & even gave me a free beer for my troubles. I'd stay there again.

Nice romantic stay! Stayed here for three nights on a little romantic getaway. Loved our room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was nice. TV wasn’t a smart TV so bring your own streaming device if you’re hoping to watch TV. Staff was friendly and helpful and anything we needed we just had to ask. Bar was supposedly open but wasn’t, no big deal. Pool was smaller but nice and the pool and patio area was really nice. Large patio doors opened to let the indoor pool be accessible to the outside patio (pool is closed on Monday’s unfortunately, FYI). Location was excellent. Tons of bars, nightlife and restaurants within walking distance. A few minute walk gets you into a large forest preserve that has miles and miles of trails and park space. A 30 minute walk gets you to the casino snd a 15 minute walk gets you to the train to get to downtown Chicago. We enjoyed our room and stay and we’d stay here again!

Property and rooms are fine, but smelled of marijuana everywhere This is a good location, within walking distance of several restaurants. The rooms are comfortable. The problem I encountered is that throughout the hotel, particularly in halls it reeked of pot. Since hotels are non-smoking, the manager should control this more. The other issue, which has become more common is that there was limited staff at the front desk to manage multiple activities. They are responsible for purchase of any food. I actually gave up since the line was so long

Loudest room ever Gosh, the small refrigerator makes loud noises as if it's making ice, but there is no ice maker. Loud popping noises all day and night. The air/heat make loud noises coming on and going off. My sleep has been terrible here. Room really small. Won't stay again unless it's nearly free. Room 446. Don't get this room.
