highly recommend Great location for accessing food, shopping and transportation (or walking) at any time. Very clean and safe. All staff encountered were very friendly and helpful (especially the housekeeping crew). Room remodeled. Comfortable lobby with enough elevators. Close to bus stop. Mid may- the city was very pretty with lots of flowers. Got a great rate (midweek before Memorial Day) that was way better than the other hotels in town. If can get that rate again will definitely stay here again. (Took the Red line from airport to Chicago station and was an easy 5-10 min walk towing suitcase. Took train to Wrigley too. Took busses to museums, restaurants, zoo and other activities. No need for a car if staying at this hotel.) Good water pressure. Free guest wifi.

Great bar Popped in for drinks at the bar and had a lovely evening. Excellent friendly service and cocktails! Just wanted to re-visit as I stayed a few years ago, and the hotel still has the same vibe: a little vintage, friendly, and welcoming. Will be back next time, Chicago!

Amazing service Everything is perfect. The stay, concierge, breakfast cafe, bar, their lifts…… definitely staying again. Its right on Magnificent mile. I couldn’t believe the location. Price was also very reasonable. They helped me checkout early. The concierge people are extremely helpful. They also helped me get a taxi with a very kind driver.
