July 2021 Stay The onsite amenities were great. The options of the two pools (indoor or outdoor) were excellent. Our room was to standard. We really liked how that, during our two nights stay, the room was not cleaned in between our nights to remain environmentally friendly. Fresh towels were provided at our request. We stayed here to access the hiking trails in the Parc national du Fjord-du-Saguenay. Three suggestions would be: Parking should be decided once our room (and tower) has been provided. We parked a large distance from our room location. Next, we didn't even know about the outdoor pool until finding it as we walked around the hotel. A map of the grounds or information given at check-in would be nice. Lastly, we were visiting during the NHL playoffs (and the Habs were playing). However, the bar said they were closing at 9pm (hockey game started at 8pm) and were not able to acccomodate us with kids. The kids were fine to play in the "aracade" but we had to migrate back to our hotel room to watch the rest of the game.

Nice hotel, good location, cool pool! Family of four with young kids (10,5) stayed for one night in August 2020 as part of our road trip in Saguenay and Charlevoix. Nice hotel, clean, comfortable. Location is easy to access with lots of restaurant around. Really cool pool.

Functional for business travel I stayed 3 nights while on business with a group of 20. This large hotel was easily able to accommodate our group. I had 3 pre-paid breakfasts using provided coupons (efficient) and one dinner. Food was average, good selection for breakfast and pub-style menu for dinner. Hotel is located on the main highway into Chicoutimi, so access is easy. Several services and restaurants are within walking distance.

Average Very big hotel. Very, very, long corridors, almost a laberinth. The room was small and not very relaxing. Renewed bathroom.. Furniture a bit old. Its location is more practical than beautifull or relaxing.

Brilliant Place! Excellent room & quiet. Restaurant top notch. Indoor: pool with a lap section & a general use section, 2 hot tubs, steam room, little mini waterpark for kids. A bar, a nightclub-type place. Quite a lot for a "hotel"! Was a fab 1-night stay for Hubby & me for an otherwise awkward mid-week trip to this rather remote location to pick up a car. We were very pleased.
