Friendly Hotel... Family lives in Chino and Eastvale..with a Reunion almost being held every year...After my brother's stay here last December for 6 days..We decided this time to book 6 room for Christmas. Family from all over came and chose this hotel for proximity and great Service. True enough everyone agreed . Special mention to Lizbeth the Front Desk person who was very nice in accommodating our request...same floor. We know it's a busy season but for her to assign room close to each other is worth the request. They have free breakfast too. Since i'm full from the after Christmas dinner wasn't able to try their breakfast. All the employees we saw was very courteous to great us. One of the few Hilton Hotel where i experience Great Customer Service.. To Lizbeth...Mahalo for the smile and accommodating my Family

You're staying at the end room top floor 301, there is no Wifi reception for your computer. The halls are very long, whi If you're staying at the end room top floor 301, there is no Wifi reception for ypir computer. The halls are very long, which makes it a long walk to the elevators. The staff was very helpful in relocating me to another room that was more in the middle of the building.

Love the friendly and helpful Staff. Well worth the money, surrounded by lots of experiences. The hotel was spotless and the staff was not only friendly, but also helpful. Hats off to Sergio, who was just the best during my initial check in. He helped with everything. Many of the hotels do not offer breakfast, but this one does. Would love a little bit more variety, but it was perfectly adequate.

Better choices We arrived at 3:00pm for a 3:00pm check-in and had to wait until 3:55 for the room. The staff is very dismissive. The room was big but the bathroom had stains and dirt in the tub which was not appealing and concerning. Would not recommend this hotel. In addition our room was next to a freeway. Better choices.

Poorly built, poorly maintained Poorly built and poorly maintained. You can feel the floor is bouncy when you walk in the room. The switch for the elevator is caulked by the sealant. I never seen such kind of thing. If you are Asian misses Asian food while you’re traveling, however, this hotel is situated perfectly. The Asian grocery and restaurants are across the street in walking distance.
