Great place to relax It’s a great place to relax and have fun with the family, the place is in excellent conditions, pool area is very clean and the room is really nice, beds are comfortable, a/c everything work well, really clean room and great service from the staff.

Told my girlfriend that she could not on the property after her work. These people caused me a great deal of problems. Instead of helping my girlfriend to get a hold of me, they would not let her on the property after I paid for a double room. They refused to refund my money, because the only reason I went there was to be with her

Bad experience, disappoint my family! To start is not what they offer on the page, just changed the name, the hotel is old and dirty, there is no offer and can not even get it, much less have the attention to communicate. I could not sleep, the old air makes a lot of noise just like the bed. It says smoke-free hotel but they allow smoking in the gardens and it smells up to the room. Dirty bathrooms. The wifi is very bad.

Labor Day Weekend Had the best weekend. Stayed with my husband. Beautiful hotel, people, breakfast. Only complaint is that the pillows were too small and not comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Felt like I was at a resort

HPJ Considering the relative cost of ~$90 per night I paid and advertisement of a 5-Star hotel on the web, the hotel came short of expectations. Rooms were dated, carpet was long overdue for replacement, one of the light fixtures did not work. Ironing board was stained. My friend's room had a sink that would not drain - she reported it twice to the front desk but it was never fixed. Pool seemed always overcrowded. Gym only had cardio equipment - no resistance training equipment. Front desk personnel would benefit from speaking some English, considering US border being within 2 miles from the hotel. Male front desk personnel were not very friendly. Positives - extended breakfast was included in the price of the hotel, parking lot was secure and a guard was present at the entrance. Female front desk and some support personnel were friendly and welcoming.
