Staff was awesome My refrigerator was not working in the room and the ice machine was broken. The girl working the front desk called the owner. He came right over and fixed the refrigerator and brought me a bag of ice. Super service!!!!

What a joke! Unbelievable! The tub didn't drain, the floor was sticky & the room smelled like pee! We couldn't shower the only night we stayed there. We checked out by 11 A.M. the next day and they kept the money!

DISGUSTING There are many hotels in this area. Booked this one months ago as most hotels in the area were booked. 4 nights $450. Do NOT believe the pics you see on their site. Bathroom door does not latch. Stains on bed covers, mold on tub and shower curtain. The curtain rod looks like it can fall off at any moment. Electric outlet isn't even attached to the wall. Place is dirty. 2 towels for 4 adults. No one at the front desk nor answer the phone from our room. Don't waste your money. Find somewhere else

Not a good experience We checked in late and were given a handicap room. The toilet was leaking and the ceiling was falling down and water was dripping from it. Called front desk and told him. Had to wait till he had is meal. Came down with mop and some extra towels and told us that he did not have another room available. Never fixed anything!!!! Did not credit the room -- no compensation for staying in a dump. Rewards member and I would have expected more. I stay in the one in Huntsville every week and they are wonderful. Will not stay here again.

Nice place for a nomad I enjoy being a nomad, but sometimes you just want to get out of your rig! I took a bath, and watched TV. Nice and quiet, and I felt safe. Nice and clean. Service was great. For my two day stay they offered fresh towels. Door dash delivers food! Yeah. I would gladly stay again.
