STAY AWAY READ FOR THE HONEST TRUTH Stayed here following the Taylor Swift concert in Pittsburgh. Checked into the hotel between 1 and 1:30 AM. We were exhausted from being outside all day that we just fell asleep for the night. After waking up in the morning and really examining the hotel, we were not impressed with what we saw. The room smelled like an old room or house that someone has smoked in for a while like it was stuck to the walls. We booked a non-smoking room and I confirmed it twice (both online and in person). There were dead stinkbugs in the lighting above the desk and tv area as well as above the bed. The leather chairs were ripped so bad the filling underneath was easily seen and stunk. It was very outdated. I am used to most hotels having more areas to charge devices as well as USB ports for charging with they did not have. 4 of us were not able to completely charge our devices throughout the night. I paid $295 for one night at this hotel. We left right around checkout the following morning between 10 and 11 AM. Upon exiting the building, I looked for a front desk attendant to explain to them what we saw in our room. There was nobody behind the desk and we had plans already scheduled and were not going to be able to wait. I decided to just contact the hotel via email from the feedback survey that was sent to me. They said there was an attendant and sent me a picture from the security camera. From the angle of the camera apparently there was somebody there, but he was crouched down behind a computer monitor sitting off to the right of the desk and when looking at the desk on the way out, he was not seen. He also did not say anything to us like "have a good day" so we had no idea he was there. There was no bell or anything to get an attendants attention. The emails I got from this establishment were anything but professional and they refuse to do anything for me. I was told I "didn't complain about my issues" when from a guest's perception, there was nobody to complain to. They also sent me a screenshot of the security camera at 7:44 AM and claimed that it was us after I had previously told them what time I left. There were four of us, and that was also detailed on the booking, and they tried to claim 2 women walking out was my group. So, not only did they speak with me unprofessionally, they also tried to accuse me of being someone I was not. Like, it's not that hard to read. I sent them an email saying I left around 11 and they proceeded to immediately find the first two women who walked out in the morning and claim it was me. I would not recommend this place because it is outdated, but I would especially not recommend it from a lack of customer service. I spent $295 to stay at this hotel just to have that experience. Never again. I will drive home in the middle of the night after events in Pittsburgh before staying at this place again. I'd probably even sleep in my car. Nobody wants dead stink bugs hanging above their heads. As someone who also works and has experience in customer service, this was handled poorly. I would consider somewhere else especially if you don’t like stink bugs because one might fall on your head here. The hotel has since threatened me for posting a review of my experience on Google.

Racism Terrible manager awful person she is not a very good person the hotel was trash rooms dirty sheets were washed out and bathroom. Everytime a black person comes to the desk. You can hear the manager speaking in our Indian language, based on adjusters and how she look at Black people you can see that she don’t like blacks, which is very horrible, because Indians are dark skinned as well I would never visit this hotel again. I made a complaint and they called me bitch it’s really awful staying there.

Terrible. DO NOT DTAY HERE! I checked into this hotel in the afternoon, and then left for a concert. I got back after midnight. I tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. I went to the front desk and asked what the deal was, and was told you need to wait 10 minutes for hot water. Wow! I asked for a new room, walked in and walked out of it because it smelled so bad. This hotel is completely sketchy! There was random people hanging out well after 1 AM in the parking lot, I did not even feel safe walking to my room alone. I booked it on hotwire which advertise it as a 3 1/2 star hotel. I would give it a negative one star When I left the hotel a little before 1 AM and told the front desk I was checking out, they could have cared less! If you want a clean friendly hotel which has hot water, there's definitely is not your choice! And I would never book on hot wire again! The hotel and hot wire would not refund my money I was roaming the streets at 1 AM looking for a new hotel

Horrible customer service My car keys did not work to my room and the front desk employee was not at the desk when I went downstairs which was 2 AM. He was upstairs in a room sleeping instead of being at the front desk where he was a assigned to. He did not come down to the front desk till 5:30 AM. I as a payin guess had to sit in the lobby from 2:50 AM till 5:30 AM not being able to get into my room due to him being asleep upstairs in a room. He took no responsibility for his actions or lack there of for being where he was supposed to be nor did he take any responsibility for not carrying with him the cell phone which the hotel supplies for them should they leave the front desk. He blamed it on some other supposed employee which I know was a lie and this made it even worse I would never ever use this hotel again and will tell all of my friends who traveled with me to Pittsburgh not to use this hotel again as well for they know of my experience including the president of our organization who set up this group to use this particular hotel.

Not the deal they advertise themselves as We booked this hotel specifically because of positive past experiences. They advertise as having an indoor pool and free breakfast, both of which are currently closed. We were not made aware of the closures until we inquired about the pool at the hotel and saw the breakfast section taped off. For $70 a night we could have booked somewhere else that had these amenities available. The rooms were nothing special & the shower leaked/dropped constantly. But the showers were hot, so that was a nice plus.
