Alexander the Great We have been back to this hotel 4 times as it is lovely, convenient, and comfortable. Good restaurant, lots of amenities in the hotel and locally. Alexander and the rest of the staff make us feel cherished and welcome. Large room, nice pool, easy parking.

Good Times in OC Hello... I just wanted to say that Alexander at the front desk made our stay a pleasure. He, and all of the hotel staff were very helpful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a great location make this hotel a good choice for travelers! Aloha, Ross & Rose

Good business trip at Costa Mesa Crown Plaza I had a phenomenal experience at crown plaza Costa Mesa. We did a family retreat. Unfortunately the kids space and the adults instructional space was divided by a thin divider wall. The kids were slightly disturbing. Other than that, this was a great experience, the staff was exceptionally accommodating. Mr. Alexander was a huge boost to the experience. He continually checked on our wellbeing, offering his assistance at every opportunity. Alex and Angela from sales were also quite helpful. The food was delicious. Overall it was a good experience.

Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa = Hospitality and Comfort Having returned to the Crowne Plaza at least once each year since 2015, for overnight stays and our annual get-together with classmates, I cannot give enough kudos to Alexander and his expertise as Manager of the Reservations desk. Always so pleasant and accommodating to our group. Rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable. The Fireside Tavern staff is terrific and food is excellent. And also a nod to Angela Hui, Director of Sales and Marketing, who makes sure everyone on her team is alerted and ready for the day of our event. Thank you, CP Costa Mesa! L. Great stay Had a great stay here at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel staff here are friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Alexander and Javier helped me with a smooth check in. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is great with a lot of nearby restaurants and stores. The customer service is outstanding which is reason enough to book a stay here again in the future.
