All Hampton Inns should be like this one Nestled in the cornfields of Indiana, this Hampton Inn is all that a hotel should be! Friendly and helpful staff plus clean rooms. Wish all Hampton Inns were like this one! We have stayed at a multitude of hotels and we are always thrilled to find the extra special ones.

I liked this hotel; friendly staff I liked this hotel; the staff were friendly and they give you bottles of water throughout your stay, and I really like that feature. It is not that expensive for them but it is a nice touch. The breakfast had hot items and was pretty nice. Also the bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was good and fast. And the location was good; there were restaurants and gas stations nearby.

No reminder email—inflexible The hotel was inflexible and difficult when I missed a cancellation window. I did miss the cancellation time by a few hours but there was no reminder email sent until after the cancellation window was closed. Admittedly this was my fault, but if the hotel is so busy, perhaps that room could have been rebooked by another guest. They didn’t offer me a refund—which is their policy, but they didn’t try to work with me at all. I offered a few options, perhaps a future discount at another time or some other consideration for the full nights fee they charged. Nothing at all.

Spring Break start The staff are super friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. This is the 2nd Hampton Inn we’ve stayed at that has had issues with stripped shower faucets. However they were quick to attend to it and get it fixed. We also loved the clean amenities and that they are pet friendly!

Excellent stay Everything was great. I slept good, clean rooms , extra pillows for my neck, parking lot was clean when walking my dogs. Breakfast was freshly made. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, hotel was quiet. Had fresh made omelets. . I would definitely stay there again!
