Old outdated We have stayed at quite a few La Quintas and if this would have been our first it would have been our last. The carpet in the hall is filthy, the rooms are old and dated and the service is poor. This is a far cry from others that we have stayed at.

Our trip Since we didn't have a reservation, we were delighted to find a room on a Friday night so late. Desk clerk was very nice although the nose ring bothered me but that's my personal peeve. I would recommend this hotel

Meh... WE arrived and checked into our room...which is so close to the lobby there may as well have been no door on it...it was extremely noisy!! Within 15 minutes, our daughter stepped on two beer bottle caps that were laying on the floor next to the bed (makes me wonder about the quality of the vacuuming job!). The clock was unplugged, so we went to plug it in and had to wipe an unbelievable amount of dust OFF of the clock, just so we could read the digital display. The table the clock was on was sticky and had obvious and visible drink rings and splashes. We asked the desk clerk for cleaning supplies, and he came to clean it himself. At our "suggestion" of keeping guests happy, he comped our stay $30. The internet went down that night. We understand situations that are beyond one's control, but there was no information flowing from the management/employees to the guests. We brought the issue to their attention, the router was reset, and after that, we were a bother. There was never an apology issued for the trouble, no costumer service whatsoever. I don't think the clerks ever even looked at us. Perhaps, since we are in the service business, we have higher expectations of quality customer care, or at least southern hospitality. Next time we'll probably try the Days Inn next door.

Not good for business travelers Hotel needs lots of attention. Dirty elevators, carpeted hallway in extreme need of repairs. Hallways and my room needed paint and repairs, breakfast undesirable. Windows in room are extremely dirty on outside. Pillows are horrible!!

Great hotel A very clean hotel inside and out. The staff has always been helpful during our stays. A nice distance from Pensacola, which allows us to have a short second day of travel. We will stay there again. The breakfast is a normal La Quinta breakfast with fruit, juices, cereals and waffles.
