Ask for SPENCER! The hotel is fantastic, but what really made our trip was Spencer. He drove us around Dallas in a Rolls Royce. Spencer took such good care of me, my wife and 2 daughters in such an amazing way. He was very informative, thoughtful and a ton of fun. Our trip was great and the hotel staff has been wonderful, but Spencer single handedly made it unforgettable. P.s. Spencer spoke so highly of the owner of the hotel that it made me and family so comfortable knowing who owned where we were staying. #spencerisawesome

Have you met Spencer yet? Time and time again, I choose to stay at the W Hotel in Dallas for one reason: Mr. Spencer, the hotel chauffeur. He is the coolest, most respectful man I have met in a long time - and he truly embodies the experience you expect when staying at the W. From the time he picks me up from the airport to start my stay, until it is time to drop me back off at the airport, Spencer is the perfect ambassador for why you should stay at the W Hotel in Downtown Dallas. Tell him Hollywood sent you!

Spencer We met Spencer as we were waiting for our car and he was AMAZING! Instead of taking our car, we rode in his RR. Of course the ride was wonderful in the Rolls but Spencer was much more amazing!!! He is a wealth of knowledge and made us feel so comfortable! We were having a good time before BUT Spencer added the cherry to the top! I highly recommend utilizing his services as a driver or if not, at least take some time to say hello and I guarantee once you walk away, you will be better than before you met him!

Spencer is the best at airport and transportation service at the Dallas W Hotel. On my most recent stay at the Dallas W the transportation services provided by Spencer were very professional, courteous on time and comfortable. Spencer has a wonderful conscientious manner and an immaculate vehicle. He made me feel very safe and comfortable traveling solo on my business trip. I plan to call him next trip! Lisa Cunningham

Spencer amazing car service! The Hotel driver Spencer gave excellent customer service. He has a pleasant personality and he was very accommodating. He is a tremendous asset to your establishment. Whenever I’m in Dallas he is going to be my first point of contact for car service.
