Terrible experience I stayed at this hotel, and had a terrible experience. We checked in and got to the room, and as we were unpacking I noticed a gross stain on the comforter. We went to the front desk to report it, but there was no person working, it was just a self serve kiosk. As we waited in the lobby for our friends to pick us up for dinner, we noticed mice running around the community kitchen counter, where breakfast would be served the next day, right next to all of the cereals. I reported these two major issues (there were minor issues as well) and they still haven't been able to make it right, it's been almost a month.

Avoid this place and tell friends to avoid Horrible experience. Room 221 is in such disrepair, it should be off limits to guests. Grab bar in tub is broken. Drapes are falling down. A/C cover is missing and it’s nasty. Blood stains on sheets. Towels thin as tissue paper. Very old lamps with broken switches. Extension cord wrapped in electrical tape. Dead roach in windowsill. Long black hair on bathroom floor. Management was informed and did not care. Management lives on property in a room adjoining front desk. AVOID THIS PLACE AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS TO AVOID. Evidently, Wyndgate has lowered their standards. The town of Eagle should be embarrassed to have such a dump in their town. I’ve written and called Wyndgate but they keep referring me back to the “franchise owner” which is a person who does not care. He is happy to be living here in America but knows nothing of our standards and does not try to comply. Makes me angry that our stupid laws help these people over helping our veterans who need a place to live and a warm meal. Don’t get me started ….

Great Brand. Poor franchise. Here is one to skip. Shoddy rooms with worn-out furniture. Security issues because of outside entry doors that don't lock. Room was booked online and upon arrival the front desk asked for a credit card for "incidentals" that turned out to be a $30 per day pet fee.

Adequate place for a quick one night stay Stopped here on my way from San Diego to drop my daughter off at CSU. We arrived around 10 at night, and as others noted, checked in via a woman on a screen in the Phillipines (I'm guessing). The check in via a machine was actually pretty quick and easy, and not an issue with us. The clarity of the sound was definitely poor, so we had to ask the lady to repeat herself over and over. The room was a king bed room. It was clean enough, but my daughter did say she saw black mold in the bathroom area. We got up at 6 to eat our free breakfast and head out. The coffee was good, the rest was very underwhelming. It was good enough and we packed and left. So, our time at the hotel was very limited. It is freeway close and there are many restaurants and shops just across the freeway. For our purpose, it was fine, but in my opinion, very expensive for what it was. If staying for an extended time, I probably would choose a different hotel.

Manager listening to loud cellphone, DOESNT CARE No human, on ly machine to check in. Then breakfast, the 6'5 front desk manager sat and listened to his phone full blast on reels, while eating. Never said goodbye to a single customer. Didn't pick up a single thing to help little girl who was working. Pillows were horrid and ac did not work. For 160 bucks I'll sleep in my car. I've come to eagle 19 years, please don't give this place a dime of your money
