Never again The room I paid for was a king suite with skyline view. When I arrived all of 2 hours after check in started, my room type was sold out. Instead of making a bigger deal out of it, I accepted a downgraded room and was told I would be refunded the difference in price from the room I selected to the room I got. I have yet to hear back from the manager about this. Their third party vender for shuttle service to the MetLife stadium is sketchy af. When the show was over, none of us were confident we were on the right shuttle and when the driver took a wrong turn, we all thought we were going to get kidnapped bc no one knew where we were going. It was terrifying. To wrap it all up, every single sound made in the rooms on either side of us was clear as if they were in the room with us and there was no hot water in the bathroom ever (sink or shower) I’m very disappointed in my stay and will not be returning

Dissapointed The smell in the room was horrible - it smelled very musty/moldy. The bathtub had mold around the shower and along the grout lines. There was dust on the tv stand, night stand and desk. Overall didnt feel or smell clean to my family. We will not be returning.

Beware – Misleading Website and Poor Experience The website for The Park Hotel at Meadowlands is incredibly misleading. The photos make the rooms look modern and clean, but that was far from the reality. When we arrived, we were surprised to learn that the hotel was undergoing renovations—something we were not made aware of in advance. Although we were told that the unrenovated rooms were not being booked, it was clear that most of the available rooms were still outdated, musty, and in very poor condition. Our original room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, old carpeting, visible stains, and an overall unclean feel. After raising concerns, I was switched to an “upgraded” room, the only one left, but even that felt like a temporary fix. While it had vinyl flooring and a new mural behind the bed, the curtains were stained, the wallpaper was scratched and peeling, and the bathroom showed signs of age, including moldy grout and poorly maintained caulking. The hallways leading to the rooms were just as unpleasant, musty, outdated, and in serious need of attention. The lobby and front areas of the hotel seemed to be the only spaces benefiting from the renovations and looked far more polished than the guest rooms. Other issues during the stay included an on-site Starbucks with wait times over an hour, a restaurant that wasn’t open during the day, and an extremely unprofessional front desk staff member, I think his name was Chris, during the day shift who was not only rude but outright insulting. The only reason I stayed was due to a convention being held at the hotel. Otherwise, I would have left. I would not return to this hotel unless major improvements are completed and clearly communicated in advance. Disappointing experience overall.

Not the best hotel choice The rooms are dated and very dirty. The AC didn’t work so there was a fan in the room to use. The front desk experience was hit or miss. We had one positive and one extremely negative experience with the front desk. We stayed here for an event but would not choose this hotel again on our own.

Find a different hotel! Terrible hotel. There were no food options at the hotel so you had to either have food delivered or leave the hotel to eat. The fire alarm is only audible from the stairwells, you could not hear the alarm from the rooms or the hallways and the fire escapes were locked.
