Clean hotel, Good breakfast Perfectly located next to I-95, this Hampton Inn was clean. I stayed for a night with my family, and we would recommend it to anyone coming to this area. My family, especially my Kid, enjoyed the hot breakfast served here. The staff was friendly too.

Great hotel! The rooms were definitely just updated. Very clean, modern and spacious. The room smells clean. Tons of regular and USB outlets. Plenty of good lighting, countertop space and storage. The bathroom has bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash on bottles attached to the shower wall and they were clean and fresh smelling. There is also a bottle of moisturizer by the bathroom sink that is attached to the wall. Ear plugs and a make up remover wipe are also provided in the bathroom. Beds were a little firm but comfortable. Excellent complimentary breakfast - cold cereals, fresh fruit, premade omelets, sausage, croissants and bagels, tea, coffee. Lobby area was clean and updated. They have a small snack bar in the lobby with a large variety of snacks to purchase. The parking lot is well lit and there is a lot of parking available. Only complaint is the walls and ceiling are thin. Noise carries which may be why they provide earplugs. I would definitely stay here again.

Second chance as bad if not worse than the last time. My pre paid room had less amenities than a cheap budget hotel. There were no hangers or even bar to hang them on in the closet. There was no chair for the desk No cups in the bathroom and only one coffee cup. When I spoke to the desk clerk he said that is what I ordered. When I spoke with Hilton and made I asked what was the best rate available and I was told pre pay with no cancellation so I took it. Nobody told me that I would get a stripped down room. This is the second time this property has disappointed. Last time double to ongoing maintenance I had to be moved twice due to bugs in room. Will think a lot about staying at a Hilton property in the future

Our favorite hotel in the area We stay at this hotel at least once or twice a year when visiting family. There are other options in the area, but we like coming here because of the staff, cleanliness and value. Phillip is awesome. He is friendly and knowledgeable and always takes care of issues whether they’re big or small. Sharon and Kip are also great as well. We always leave feeling relaxed and well rested. We will definitely be back

Major disappointment The problem started at check in. The tried to charge me almost $100 over confirmation price. Fortunately I had a hard copy of the paperwork in my bag. The first two rooms on the first floor I was assigned to were infested with large bugs around 3/4 “ long. I was then giving a room on the 3rd floor no bugs in the room but they were on the outside of my window. The lifting in the room is too dark there was no clock or microwave in the room. For what they charge for the too it’s a shame. The motel 6 down the road offers about the same feature for a fraction of the price. Not what I expected from a Hilton property This property is under massive renovation and they distributed an nest. They should have an exterminator brought in during this process. Check to see if they are still working on the property before checking in.
