Unhealthy and Unihabitable - DO NOT STAY HERE! Don't even think about it!! Arrived at this location after a 8 hr. drive from N. Cal. we were in a rush to meet with family for dinner in Temecula. My neice was getting married the next day near by. There was a couple standing by the door as I entered that asked me if I had seen my room. I had not yet checked in. They advised that I check it out before I do anything. They said we can't stay here, it's discusting! I was traveling with my 92 yr. old uncle who can barely walk. The ground floor room we requested was now not available. We were given a second floor room with no elevator! We got our stuff upstairs with only enough time to drop and run. The smell was discusting. The floor was sticky and the windows were gross. I did a quick check of the bathroom and freaked out. We went to dinner and I spoke to my neice and voiced concerns about our pending stay the "Lack" of Quality Inn. She said that 2 other couples were also booked there but had already left and gone somewhere else. While sitting with my cousin at dinner, I again expressed my concerns and she said we could not have (my uncle, her father in law ) staying in anything like that and booked us another place to stay. Upon returning to our room after dinner and totally exhausted, I took a closer look and took some pictures. We now had to carry our stuff back down the stairs, getting the car loaded up and move. The sheets were stained, the room looked like the cops had conducted a raid there as the door frame and lock was broken. There was filth eveywhere. See pics. It was dark when I shot these so I couldn't capture the windows, mirrors, dust and dirt on the tables and floors As we left we asked the front desk for our refund for the 2 days which was about $412. We were told we would have to email the manager Nick. Nick never respond after several attempts. We contacted corperate Choice Hotels. We recieved some templated garbage telling us that we would have to contact the facility manager. We were sent in circles. After many other attempts and even threating to write this and go to the local health department, we recieved and offer of points from corperate not even enough to cover a 1 night stay anywhere. We continued to insist on a full refund. Finally corperate offered $189 I guess was the room for 1 night less fees and taxes and said we would have to get the rest from Nick. Nick finally responded to our emails and said that he sees we got reunded from corperate and he consided the issue as now resolved.

Awful, walked right out! Booked online, stayed at many Quality inns and I understand its not the Hilton or Marriott but most are clean and safe but this place was down right gross! As soon pulled up there was broken down equipment or cars in the carports. People/staff hanging outside. Gave it the benefit of the doubt, if the room is clean ok but we walked in and walked right back out. Room smelled heavily and overwhelming of chemicals. Walls and beds looked dirty and there was tape holding up the ceiling in the bathroom. Asked for a refund but offered points instead. Just wanted my money back since I had to book another hotel for more money. Would not recommend!!

Absolutely disgusting This was the absolutely FILTHIEST hotel I have ever stayed at. The floors were disgusting. Ruined 2 pairs of white socks ( didn’t want to go barefoot ). From the start it was not a nice stay. Bathroom was gross. Dried buggers stuck on the wall near commode. Complained about how dirty floors were. Some guy, I thought was another guest said he had cleaned it ( very strange). Spa was broken, pool was not heated. Breakfast was lousy frozen eggs and stale bread.

Find another place to stay. Terrible, dilapidated, dirty, gross. Everything was bad. Both lobby bathrooms were "out of order." Pool was dirty and had boarded up doors. Window to pool "cantina" had black garbage bag duct tapped in it. Everything was trash.

Dirty Need major makeover. Painting coming off, floor was not clean, breakfast only cereal and waffles, only 2 bath towels in the room. Use the same towels for bath, wash face and so on. Bathtub was not clean. Really not the worth the price
