Awful They charged so many fees to us on this trip for no reason and didn't refund. Almost $300 extra. We were here for a wedding and it was just very unpleasant. Also the beds felt like you were laying on a cement block. 2 days later my back still hurts. Do not go here it is awful. Especially if you have pets. If I could I'd give this place a negative review. Terrible!

Not good for the price Signs in room said it would be cleaned every other day. Stayed 3 nights room was never cleaned. Asked front desk and cleaning staff to clean room/ never happened. Coffee and cups were left only for 1 day. Had to get more towels cups toilet paper and coffee. Shower was old, stained in corners and had no removable spray head. Breakfast was not good- eggs cooked to order were not good, sausage was beyond salty. For the price of the room and the breakfast I would stay somewhere else. i have to say that the front desk people were very nice, as was one of the people in the cafe

No Guest Pool, Booked for Private Lessons If you expect a pool during your visit DO NOT book here! Per a corporate Hilton rep, each hotel locally controls pool access. These folks have opted to book the pool for continuous private swim lessons for ages baby through late elementary ages. So essentially no pool or hot tub access for hotel guests. The very nice hotel staff will tell you that you can use the pool during lessons. However to do that you will have to run a gauntlet of teachers, kids, and parents that roll their eyes at you and act as if you’re a creeper to even ask. Plus, if you dare to do this you have no space to put your stuff and def are “the evil monster” for the group if they need to move anything to accomodate you. Considering that pool expenses are built into nightly rates, suggest that this hotel transparently advertises lack of pool access and extends an automatic nightly 30% discount minimum to hotel guests, since this amenity is not available. No “dips” for guests except “double dipping” with swim lesson clients for extra revenue. “Pick a lane” PlEASE and be real in your advertising— either there’s a pool or there’s not. In this case there’s NOT!!!

Definitely below expectations. This will be my 20th stay at a hilton property in 2024 and Unfortunately, as a Diamond for Life Hilton member this property is one I will never stay at again. Find other accommodations. 1. the hotel has not been upgraded to HGI Standards at least in the room that I stayed in. Still original furniture and rugs 2. Crack in my Tub and visible rust at the drain 3. Shower rod, hanging down, and pulling from the wall Audacity to charge me a $250 Cleaning fee for smoking, I am 62 Years old and have never smoked in my life, however, the entire floor reeked of pot smoke. It would have been fine for 1 night as I just needed to sleep and move on quickly in the morning. But after being charged the fee... Nope, Never again at this property. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE USED TO GOOD HILTON GARDEN INN's this one is not even close to being on par.
