Terrible hotel Truck was broken into and $25,000 worth of items were taken. From damages to work tools and personal items

Horrible experience don’t stay here I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this La Quinta on business , and I must express my deep frustration and disappointment with several aspects of my stay. **Staff Behavior and Racism** First and foremost, the staff was not only unprofessional but also shockingly rude. I encountered several instances where staff members made dismissive and derogatory remarks, which bordered on racism. Such behavior is utterly unacceptable and left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected throughout my stay. Additionally, the staff seemed to be watching my every waking moment, which made me feel unsafe and harassed. **Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues** The condition of the hotel was abysmal. There were ants in the rooms, and it was clear that the housekeeping staff was not maintaining a basic standard of cleanliness. The grounds of the hotel were littered with trash, and the pool was a disturbing shade of green, indicating serious neglect. The hot tub was broken, rendering it unusable. Additionally, various appliances and room doors were in disrepair, with no deadbolt on my room door, which made me feel unsafe. **Disturbances and Inconveniences** To add to the chaos, there appeared to be people living in the hotel, which contributed to a noisy and uncomfortable environment. The staff also allowed their children to run around the premises, further disrupting the peace and quiet that one would expect from a hotel stay. There was also an endless amount of drilling and heavy machinery noise, which severely disrupted my sleep. The lack of parking due to construction companies having trucks parked all over the lot only added to the inconvenience. *my stay here marred by unprofessional and offensive staff behavior, poor cleanliness, numerous maintenance issues, and constant disturbances. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and strongly urge potential guests to consider alternative accommodations.

Great Stay Really loved the hotel, you can definitely tell it has been recently renovated. Complelty diffrent than what the pictures shows. The whole looks fully upgraded!

Not impressed The room was clean but no furniture that had drawers. Also, only four clothing hangers provided one of which was from Mens Wearhouse. When asked why there wasn't any furniture with drawers provided the front desk person stated that was normal....hmmm, nope it isn't normal. Luckily, it was a very short stay but still a strange experience.

Health Advisory Warning Health Warning. Cockroach infestation. County and City investigation in progress. Advise to stay away until investigation completed. Corporate offices are involved. Staff has been aware of issues for several months. Insects found on all floors.
