Value, Comfort, and Convenience Very friendly, accomodating staff - especially Lalu at the Front Desk - have stayed here a number of times. Know that they have been doing a lot of upgrades (High Speed Internet, Painting, etc..). This is a great location (close to I-75), close to restaurants and a Wal*Mart, great value for the money (Nice updated clean, comfortable rooms with wood floors/Nice beds/Desk/great AC), and very convenient - easy-in and easy-out - just seconds from your car door to your room, and quiet! Also has a nice "scoop" Ice Machine. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value for the price.

Stay here only if last resort Arrived at 3am with a coupon for $45/night so we could grab 5hrs if sleep before continuing south to Kentucky. Front desk barely glanced at coupon and said it didn’t apply and that it was $75 for the night, was given room 142 on second floor around back. Walked in to a hot room smelling like smoke with stained bedding, walls, doors, dirty toilet paper and holes in the wall. Immediately walked back down to front desk and asked for money back which he did because he was surprised that the room was in such poor shape. Thank you for returning my money immediately but you need better housekeeping.

Decent budget hotel We spent the night here on the way to Florida. The location is excellent, right off 75. The room was clean, nice refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable, nice pillows. The in room coffee was better than most for a one-cup coffee maker,and pretty good towels too. If you like fruit loops and frosted flakes, pre-packaged sweet rolls, you would like the breakfast. We passed on that, but other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel as a place to sleep and shower. The person who checked us in at 11:00 pm was also very nice.

Okay Place We stopped here on our way to Florida room was clean and bathtub area had been re-done, laminated floors and beds were very comfortable. I got the discount coupon out of the red book. Breakfast was non existent no bread, no milk no cereal and when asked they said the truck hadn’t come in with supplies. There was sugar donut in plastic and 2 cookies all uneditable. No juice coffee had no cream or milk. Don’t advertise a free breakfast if there isn’t one.

GOOD HOTEL FOR THE MONEY We have stayed here twice now when we come into Franklin & have been pleased for the price. People at the desk have been nice. Will stay here again. The last room we stayed in had a new bathroom & it was nice. We like how the rooms have wood floors in them & not carpet.
