Miscommunication put a damper on the experience Stay was decent. Forgot a pair of earrings in my room. I called the hotel & spoke with a gentleman who said they would be shipped to me. After a week and still no ear rings, I called the hotel and spoke with someone else who said I was supposed to be charged a fee to have them sent to me. FED EX (according to the hotel, but the charge was from the hotel not FED EX) was for $40. I don’t see how a pair of earrings cost $40 to send.

If it wasn't for the awesome staff The humidity was the worst. Room was extremely uncomfortable. I was afraid to walk on the floors as they were wet from the humidity even with the A/c on. Floors very uneven. Room was clean. The only thing that saved this stay was the staff!!!!!

Perfect Awesome place to stay. Very clean! Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Plenty to do in the Gainesville area. Lots of restaurants, shopping, movie theaters all nearby. Will definitely stay again. Reasonable rates

Nice but had roaches Nice hotel, stayed for one day to see Gainesville and travel to devils den (only 30mins away) Conveniently located near a Cracker Barrel And other great restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was free and very good. Only issue was there were roaches in our room and elevator was having issues.

Great experience Love this hotel! Stay there anytime I need sn overnight in Gainesville. Always clean. Love contemporary. Nice lobby. Efficient courteous helpful staff. Safe area. Restaurants snd shopping nearby. Near major roads. Well lit parking lot.
