Let down by dining experience The rooms and amenities are quite good - very clean. Seemed to be in a reasonable position for getting around the area. However our restaurant experience was not good at all. We were in a tour group (small one so not taxing), but our serves were rationed and repetitive. Fish of the day was baked salmon every day till the 5th when we put in a complaint. No sauce of any kind with our pork dish and the salad the same each night - not very inspiring. The night we had buffet you couldn't go back for a little more there was none left. Ran out of strawberries and bread rolls. The coffee machine broke several times so lukewarm coffee was encouraged. Some staff clearly didn't want to be there.

Great relaxing weekend Lovely comfortable beds and pillows, spacious room, beautiful meals and staff were accommodating. Very quiet and great views. Short 15 min walk to centre of Geelong, another 5 to the beach front. Onsite parking is an added bonus. We come for a weekend every year and love it.

Can recommend We had a room on 7th floor with a view of the water and the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a hotel. Everything was great - walking distance to the CBD, gallery, restaurants etc. The staff were very friendly and street parking is good, after 3pm.

Great service and clean rooms When I entered the hotel, I was greeted, and customer service was great. The room was very clean and very well laid out. Only downfall was that I asked for Baby Cot when I booked online and was not in the room, so they had to come up to set up, but they were apologetic. Breakfast in the morning was very nice and the waitress was very kind and helpful! Highly recommend and will stay here again. Thank You

A great overnight stay Such fantastic value for money given the size of our room and the amazing service we received from all the staff we came into contact with We were also delighted with how easy a walk it is from the hotel to the Geelong cbd. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area :)
