Blatant discrimination - violation of civil rights ; default on contractual agreement ; harrassment; bullying / threats I have never experienced such blatant discrimination ever in my life. Paid guest was refused. A key paid guest was lied to and told that the room was already checked out when people were sleeping upstairs paid guest had men enter her room to find out whether there are guests could come upstairs when the other guest was on the reservation and already checked in Paid guest was told quote” it’s a he-she And we don’t want any here” I’m going to call the police. I’m going to close security this woman named Yolanda I believe was so blatantly discriminatory to my face. I have contacted the hotel. I’ve contacted customer service. I have made seven phone calls and so far nothing so now I’m in touch with an attorney trying to get an attorney, I expect a response immediately, everything was caught on video besides the fact that there is a camera in the front lobby at the desk

Loved it here! Stayed over LDW. Checked in via the app so my time spent at the front desk was minimum. I did not partake in the breakfast due to it being an additional cost but it certainly smelled really good. The room was very clean, nicely appointed, and in great condition. The best was very comfortable. The ladies I encountered at the front desk were all very friendly, helpful, and responsive. I communicated several times during my stay via the chat feature in the app, and all requests were promptly answered, as is usually not the case with other hotels which was reassuring. I would definitely stay here again.

$6 Parking Crazy Very nice hotel and staff was very extremely nice. Rooms were clean and lobby in great shape. Location is perfect for overnight stay. Trip Advisor system did not work properly and when arrived at hotel had to call TA to find out why. That is not a negative on hotel but TA. Only issue with hotel is $6 parking. It’s an open parking lot and crazy to have parking fee. Just increase price of room. Just an irritating add on. But would definitely stay here again.

Unfriendly staff and outdated rooms My stay at the Hilton in Greenville was quite disappointing. The restaurant and front desk staff were unfriendly and came off as rude. It was clear they weren't interested in providing good service. Despite our rate including breakfast, we had issues getting it and had to call the manager to get it sorted out. Additionally, the rooms are in desperate need of an update. The decor is outdated, and the overall condition of the rooms left much to be desired. Not the level of quality I expect from Hilton.

Extremely poor reservation system. Hilton's reservation system is terrible. I made my reservations 1 month in advance. I* never received a confirmation, and I am a Hilton member and they have my information on file and I called back to ask for an email confirmation. I never received it. Then I called the day before arrival to confirm my reservation. They could not find my reservation. Called again. Got disconnected 2x, then they have a weird delay on the phone call / conversation. I was on the phone over an hour. An HOUR to simply get a confirmation and ask that I have a reservation confirmation emailed to me. And it took several tries for them to email me that I have rooms reserved. (thankfully i took good notes and wrote down my confirmation number number when I booked my reservation originally. What an ordeal. I have booked two rooms, and my email still says I only have 1 room. Verbally they tell me that I have 2 rooms booked. We will see. I have my fingers crossed. With today's technology, why is this so challenging and so cumbersome to do??? And I am not confident that they have it correct. And after this painful interaction, the reservationist sends to another agent to get me to advance book another reservation at resort. Hummmm... no thanks.
