Another great stay! The handicap rooms need to have ADA toilets, that is the only thing I don't like. With a bad back and knees makes a difference

Best experience Great location, beautiful surroundings atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Everything was closest to the motel.

Good Quality at Quality The staff is very friendly. The front desk has always been helpful and accommodating! My wife and I come there to get away and relax and the staff makes that possible for us. The rooms are always clean and we always enjoy our stay.

Frustrating Girlfriend and I needed an escape and gf wanted to go swimming while we were at it. We went to one hotel and the pool wasn't open. So to make the gf happy I extended our mini vacation by booking another place. I called and made sure the pool was open and in good shape. I got a guarantee. We checked in and went to the pool, it was closed. They put in chemicals right after check in at 3pm and said we could swim the next day. The next day came and we kept getting told it'll be fine. Two days and the main reason we stayed was so gf could go swimming. They promised a pool. Nice lady even came by to give gf a towel for the pool... but then it was never open during our stay. The room was cool and mostly clean. If we didn't come specifically because the pool at the other hotel was closed and she wanted to swim it would have been ok. Instead we got the runaround, constantly being told the pool will be open soon, it never was. And the manager doesn't seem to exist.

Excellent Service Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! My room was very clean and I was very impressed at how hard housekeeping works. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable on places to dine around town as well as just knowledgeable in their job role
