Stay somewhere else Stay anywhere but here. The green fungus filled pool is closed, but not drained, so the whole hotel is filled with a pungent, putrid smell. Half of the hallway lights inside are burnt out. At least 2 of the outdoor doors didn't lock much less close. I don't think a cleaning crew has been in there for months. All the carpets are completely stained, and crusty with who knows what. The door to our room looked like it had been kicked in multiple times, with bent metal and splintered wood. It barely locked. Hairs and soap scum filled the tub that wouldn't drain. The beds were like hammocks. Completely gross. Found out, as we were checking into another hotel, that the Ambassador is scheduled to be demolished due to safety/ structural issues. Do not stay here.

Review Pool looked really gross and hot tub was cold. Carpets all really stained and showers worn out. Needs a lot of renovating to be a better stay. I've stayed at better hotels for a cheaper price but it was manageable I suppose.

Wow This place has a feel of a horror movie!!! One room doesn't even have a door knob the pool is green. This place is a nightmare stay away I just traveled the country on a budget and stayed at not so nice places. They all were 1000 times nicer then this STAY AWAY!!!!

Rough shape This was the first hotel of a 2 week road trip from North Carolina to California and probably the oldest and roughest one we encountered. The room was actually in nicer shape than hotel itself. Location was rough too, people living there unfortunately. Ended up bringing our car rack bag inside with us, worried someone might steal it _ was on the cheaper side, but had much nicer hotels around the same price point.

Served it's purpose We were driving between KC and Denver and needed a place to crash for a few hours and it served it's purpose. Clean beds. Place is in need of a LOT of repair (carpet in common areas) but I had no issues.
