Make sure you bring your cell phone if you go out on the balcony and Eric the valet is amazing! We did get locked out on our balcony once because of some strange glitch or guat of air that must have made the latch fall at just the right time when ee shut the door, but they got us out fast. They offer a lot of activities and I especially loved the rad and retro vibe. The water bottles in our room were complimentary and cute. Eric the valet was amazing!

Great experience, would stay here again! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the ocean views are amazing. The location is great, close to everything. We booked through Costco - good value and the valet was included. Overall, it was a great experience and we would stay here again!

A Great Place to Stay in Waikiki The hotel is in a great location just across from the zoo and a block from the beach. It was handy to have a Knott's coffee in the lobby. The rooms are larger than an average hotel room and have a balcony. The people working at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The Deck is an open-air restaurant/bar next to the pool. It's a great place to a cocktail or dinner.

Dated Hotel with Poor Service On arrival guy on reception couldn’t really be bothered, unsociable and didn’t give any information on anything. Went to room on 3rd floor which was dated, noisy from bar restaurant and looked out onto tatty run down apartments resembling a downtown no go area. We had to pay to upgrade which helped us escape the 3rd floor offering and noise. Went to 18th floor with loverly views of beach and mountains, room was still dated looked like a sixties throw back, sheets had red marks on, could have been blood which put us off. The maintenance man changed them, in doing so ripped the clean ones as they were so old, his words not ours. As the room was beside a road and opposite a car park motorbikes and Garry boys roared up and down the road until 2/3 am with loud and screeching bikes and cars. We rarely complain and stick a lot before deciding enough is enough. On check out very early in the morning the sour faced man on reception finalised the bill, no smile just a grunt and didn’t say have a safe journey and thanks for staying with us. If you stay in Waikiki beach area use one of the better quality hotels on the beach front, pay the extra money, this is one to avoid unless you like no sleep and camping out.
